Sunshine Scooters is a good pick for scooters/mopeds and golf carts

They explicitly list scooter rentals and gas golf carts but they also have bikes. Sunshine Scooters has been in business since December 2011, so definitely proven local experience. Two locations but more importantly is that they have complimentary pickup service everywhere on the island! When you make your reservation, simply add that request in the notes field of the online form.

Things to note / tips:

• For scooters/mopeds: check what size/cc they are and whether license/age requirements apply

• For golf carts: if gas powered, check fuel/return conditions

• Parking and road rules: some streets may be narrow, and some areas of Key West might have restrictions

• Be sure to ask about helmet requirement (for scooters/mopeds) and insurance/liability
  
  Requires a 24 notice to reserve but the convenience is worth it. Sunshine specializes in fun, safe e-bikes that go up to 18 miles per hour. They offer free e-bike training everyday by appointment - usually in the morning.
